I'm a licensed professional counselor and certified substance abuse counselor with over 25 years in the mental health field working with adolescents and adults with various diagnoses and co-occurring disorders. I'm a strong advocate for mental health inclusion, with a passion for educating others and dismantling the stigma associated with mental illness.
