I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, identity concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients are used to carrying a lot for others while struggling silently themselves. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and culturally sensitive space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable showing up as themselves. I believe therapy should feel collaborative, human, and tailored to each individual rather than one-size-fits-all. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, self-aware, and supported. I also speak Urdu and Hindi.
I aim to create a therapy space that feels supportive, comfortable, and genuine. I understand that opening up can be difficult, especially when you are used to handling things on your own. Together, we can work toward building healthier coping skills, processing difficult emotions, improving self-confidence, and feeling more balanced in daily life.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you are used to handling everything on your own. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Therapy can be a space where you feel supported and understood. Healing and growth do not happen overnight, but you do not have to navigate those challenges alone.
