Email is best for contact, calling may delay response time. I see clients in WA, UT and OR some in person, mostly virtual. My ideal client...might have anxiety, dealing with relational issues, struggling with depression, might feel isolated or lonely or might need support in other areas of life. My clients might be somewhat scared to approach change and some may be goal oriented. Some clients that I see might struggle to really know the path they wish to take or how to begin their therapeutic journey. My client/s may wish to work on self care and self love and integrate that in each of their personal goals. My clients are resilient.

I am a strengths based therapist. I work with a variety of clients struggling with anxiety, depression, focus, stress, emotional regulation and panic etc. I see clients from adolescents to older adults. I hold a specialty in child and family studies from my graduate program. I utilize a generalized approach.
