Humans are incredible, and I believe we all have the capacity to be our own healers and guides. If you've been feeling alone lately or like you've lost parts of yourself and the person you used to be, I am here to offer you care and empathy on your healing journey. Trauma therapy with me provides a supportive space for you to process past distressing events and anxieties in a safe and organized way. I typically work with individual adult clients who are Millennials and Gen Z.

As a Certified Trauma Professional, I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens and take a client-centered approach to treatment. I am Certified in Brainspotting and Trained in EMDR. I enjoy going deep with my clients and helping them heal the roots of core traumas, insecurities, and fears. I will also offer you tools to help heal your nervous system.

I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming and sex-positive therapist. You are welcome just as you are, and there are no topics off-limits in therapy with me. Bring your unfiltered self to our sessions, and I'll meet you right where you're at with empathy and warmth. Throughout your therapy treatment, we will move at a pace and in a direction that feels right for you.

Fully Seen Therapy does not accept insurance. The rate is $160 per 50-minute therapy session. (All sliding-scale spots are currently full.) For clients with a PPO plan, Fully Seen Therapy can provide a superbill to submit to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.
