I apply a variety of evidenced based best practices that I have found treat a diversity of populations and challenges. My clients are provided outstanding clinical support, engendering valued action by providing: assessment and diagnosis (including ADOS), individual treatment planning, and comprehensive intervention.
I am experienced dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, children with behavioral issues, and also older adults. Modalities I engage in include; Cognitive Processing Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solutions Focused Brief Therapy. I believe in unconditional positive regard, and empowerment.
My experiences make it apparent to me that mental health concerns, and seeking to improve one's lot exists as the norm-not the exception. In fact, lifetime prevalence of mental health challenges is so high, that 1 billion individuals alive today will access services over their lifetime-say nothing of the abstaing.
