Full Intentions is a therapy and movement practice that works at the intersection of mental health, identity, and the body. We don’t rush your healing or ask you to “just think differently.”
We help you slow down, understand what your nervous system is holding, and learn how to move with your emotions instead of against them. We work with trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, relationship patterns, life transitions, self-worth, and nervous system dysregulation.
