At Full Hearts Counseling, we believe that while we cannot change the past, we can help you build a healthier, more hopeful future. We serve people struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the effects of difficult experiences. We are especially honored to support military members, veterans, first responders, and their families. Our team provides a safe, compassionate space to heal, build resilience, and create lasting change. Together, clients discover their strengths and move forward with greater HOPE—Hold On, Pain Ends.

My ideal clients are adolescents, adults, military members, veterans, first responders, and the families who support them. Many feel stuck, overwhelmed, or weighed down by trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, difficult childhood experiences, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. They seek a safe place to process their experiences, gain insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, lasting change.

As an LPC Associate I am supervised by Angela Byrd, LPC-S. I welcome clients from all walks of life, backgrounds, and experiences, and consider it a privilege to support individuals as they move toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and hope. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and understood.
