We believe that good therapy happens only once you have established a great rapport with your therapist. We strive to hire therapists with different expertise and ideas on how to best help clients. All of our clinicians enjoy working with many different clients from all walks of life, however some of our specialties include: work with children, teens and young adults, family issues, trauma, anxiety and grief, to name a few. We also run various groups when we are able to get enough participants.

Groups
What Now? -a Grief Group for High school teens
This group is for teens ages 14-19, and should currently be enrolled in high school. Teens should have experienced the death of a loved one. It is recommended that the teen be at least one to two months removed from the death, however all situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Group participants will be given a weekly itinerary. The group will aim to provide some psychoeducation about grief, as well as work to process thoughts and feelings about grief, and to offer support as members have all experienced loss. Snacks provided!
