I want to help you build this confidence & self-esteem; I want to equip you with the tools to create positive thinking habits, overcome trauma, and inevitably help you to use all of these skills to overcome your worries.
My experience allows me to work comfortably with children, teens, and adults. My approach will center around your individual needs & goals. I utilize techniques found in Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Child Centered Play Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and EMDR.
We will work together to decrease negative thoughts, and reduce self-defeating behaviors. At each step of the way, I will be there guiding you, your child, or your teen along the journey to self discovery.
