The foundation of my practice is rooted in Jungian psychology. I treat a host of issues including: childhood and adult trauma, depression, anxiety, isolation, relationship challenges, spirituality, life transitions, aging, and grief and loss. I am also trained in EMDR which is an effective tool for processing traumatic events.
