As a licensed behavior analyst, I use ABA empirically researched techniques and ACT which will focus on your behaviors and we’ll work together to create new ones to fit your life. I am certified to work with neurodivergent people and understand the struggles for adults, specifically at work and home.
I provide a warm, non-judgmental environment—completely remote and accessible from the safety of your home. You’re welcome to use supports like art, games, or fidgets to stay comfortable and engaged. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.
