I offer a warm, science-informed space to help you work through trauma, ADHD, grief, life transitions, body image concerns, and challenges with self-worth. I believe lasting change happens when you feel understood as a whole person — not just a set of symptoms — and that healing unfolds at the intersection of brain, body, and lived experience. In our work together, I draw from neurocounseling, mindfulness, and somatic practices to support emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and a deeper sense of clarity and resilience.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, and United. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
