In many cases I use cognitive therapy to address depression and anger management. My approach is eclectic, including Gestalt and Family Systems approaches to address a wide variety of problems related to communication, emotional expression, anxiety, and loss. I attend to cultural and individual differences so that the whole person is welcome in the room.
Sometimes we just need someone to listen to us and help us sort out what we're thinking and feeling. I'm known for my sense of humor and the ability to listen with curiosity and compassion.
