Some people who experience trauma may struggle with memories and thoughts about the event. They may have nightmares or feel angry all the time. They may want to avoid thinking about the trauma or encountering things that remind them of it. While it may feel better momentarily, avoidance of the trauma can keep you stuck from recovering from PTSD. As a certified trauma therapist, I offer a treatment that helps heal PTSD in 12-15 sessions. I specialize in working with first responders & veterans and am extensively trained to work with the unique challenges they face, however, I work with all forms of trauma.
I also specialize in maternal mental health; working with women who have experienced miscarriages, traumatic births, have difficulty bonding with their child, or experience postpartum depression. I also offer couples counseling for those wanting to reconnect and improve intimacy. Call me today for a FREE phone consultation to discuss your needs.
As a cognitive-based and solution focused therapist, my goal is to help my clients take back their lives and understand how their experiences impact their present. If you're ready to move forward and find healing, contact me today to begin changing your tomorrow. Or schedule an intake appointment through my website by clicking on the orange request button.

Frontline Therapy LLC's Groups
Responder Strong
The mental, emotional and physical impacts of emergency response work can compromise your ability to be there for your brothers and sisters in uniform, to be engaged with your families, and to protect your communities. Veterans and first responders are at risk for anxiety, depression, substance misuse and addiction, strained social relationships and divorce, decreased performance, stress injury and post-traumatic symptoms (sleep problems, flashbacks, heightened reactivity) and suicide. This group is for veterans and first responders to have a place to process their experiences, learn coping skills, and have increased support. Email me to sign up. Space is limited.
