I am a combat veteran who understands what you’re going through. I specialize in helping veterans, active-duty service members, law enforcement, firefighters, and frontline professionals with PTSD, hypervigilance, nightmares, anger, and exhaustion. As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker Associate (LICSWA) supervised by Dr. Erin Daniels, DSW, LICSW, MA, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space at Frontline Counseling PLLC. Using CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR (in training, certification projected 2/2027), I help you process trauma, reduce symptoms, and rebuild resilience.
I specialize in PTSD and trauma treatment for veterans and first responders. Using CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy, I help reduce triggers, quiet intrusive thoughts, and rebuild daily functioning and resilience. I am also completing advanced EMDR training (projected certification February 2027) for more efficient processing.
