Our clinicians work with individuals across the lifespan. We specialize in a range of areas (i.e. trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, men's issues, autism, etc.), and approach our work from an integrative stance, combining aspects of insight, CBT, and mindfulness, in order to tailor therapy to meet our clients' unique needs.
