We recognize the additional challenges the pandemic has placed on youth’s opportunity to form healthy social patterns. This small intimate group will provide a safe nonjudgmental place to interact with others, learn skills with youth that are experiencing similar struggles. The group will run for 6 sessions where youth will learn coping skills, process social situations, learn problem solving skills, and build upon their self confidence. There will be 2 age groups (10-13) and (14-18) each run for 1 hour.
