I work with clients navigating trauma, dissociation, and overwhelm, including those who haven't found relief in traditional talk therapy. I also support parents moving through pregnancy, postpartum, and identity shifts. This is deeper, body-based approach to healing - helping you not just understand your experiences but truly feel a shift.
