Sometimes all it takes to make a change is the courage to take the first step. We offer Individual and Couples Therapy in and around the Austin area. Each session is provided in a safe and secure environment to share on a long or short-term basis depending on the client. We value and demonstrate open-mindedness for all walks of life and possess vast experience with many different issues and diagnoses. We believe that together we can design a step-by-step, cost-effective plan for you to achieve optimum ongoing happiness, satisfaction, and productivity in life.
As a practice, we have extensive experience in several different therapeutic techniques, though we consider ourselves to be eclectic in theory and application.
