I am provide individual and family therapy for teens and adults. I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions and identity development, with a culturally responsive and trauma informed approach. I am the creator of the K.N.O.W Framework, a structured model that helps clients regulate emotions, reduce overwhelm and build emotional resilience. I work with:

Adults and teens struggling with depression, anxiety, rejection, and low self esteem;
Black college students and (parents of) navigating predominately white institutions;
Teen athletes with ADHD and emotional regulation challenges;
Adult women with ADHD experiencing perfectionism and burnout and
Mothers experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, and panic attacks.
My work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally responsive, with faith integrated when desired.
