As a counselor, I have developed a specialty in working with clients who have experienced trauma in their lives. I am a certified Trauma Therapist and I use a variety of techniques including EMDR, CBT and various Mindfulness skills and practices. Professionally, I work hard to continue to develop my skills as a counselor through my work with clients, regularly attending professional development classes and through interactions with colleagues.
As a Life Coach, I am focused on helping my clients develop a healthy life balance in the five key areas of Wellness: Physical, Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Social. In particular, I find that the Spiritual aspect of Wellness is one in which great healing and strength can be found.
