I have many years of success in resolving difficulties resulting from early life experiences, troubled relationships, self esteem issues, anxiety and depression. My communications and relationships are deeply empathetic, safe and discreet. Too often, many client issues are rooted in early life events that were suppressed into the unconscious mind. I use the 'talkig cure' to facilitate a safe release of such supressed memories and feelings into the client's consciousness. This new-found knowledge, frees my clients to live a more productive and fulfilling personal and professional life.
I am extensively trained in several modalities, including clinical social work, psychoanalytic psychotherapy and psychology. I apply my knowledge selectively to each client's special circumstances. I have been published in professional journals and have practiced individual, couples and family therapy for over thirty years.
