Humanistic and cognitive behavioral theories are used in an integrative approach to help understand your unique life experiences and how they have led to deficit-based feelings, emotions, and behaviors.
My specialties include treatment of problems related to foster care, adoption, and family and other interpersonal relationships, issues with attachment, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families experiencing issues related to acute and chronic life stressors.
