Hi, I am a licensed Professional Counselor located in Houston, Texas. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist in both the Community Mental Health model and in Private Practice. I earned my master’s degree in Psychology from Houston Baptist University in 2001. My experience includes working with individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, career challenges, mood disorders, substance use issues and OCD. I have also worked with clients who struggle with stress, anger, loss abuse/neglect and frustrations of life.
