She started her career as a psychologist in France after completing a master's degree in psychology from Universite of Paris. Subsequently she received a master's degree in Mental Health Counseling with Art Therapy specialization from Caldwell University, after moving to NJ. Magdalena provides psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Being multicultural with fluency in French, Spanish, and English languages, she developed an expertise in helping migrants and expatriates to adapt to new cultures and countries.

At TCTCS, we are all about providing relief and recovery to our clients. Throughout our life spans, we will experience a variety of transitions and traumas. Everyone experiences these adjustments in different ways. Examples of our traumas include but are not limited to: post partum depression, divorce, bullying, cyber stalking, relationship adjustments and separations, loss, medical illnesses, mental health challenges, domestic and/or sexual violence, betrayals and surviving child abuse etc. We have a team of trauma informed therapists who presently have availability. My primary interest is treating different aspects of trauma and Post Traumatic Stress disorder in adults and children. Trauma takes us out of our window of tolerance where we function optimally and either leads to a fight or flight response or dissociative numbness. It can also lead to a repetition compulsion when we repeat various aspects of the original trauma or redirected aggression treating others like those who caused us harm. I have a great understanding of trauma especially related to attachment disorders in children such as Reactive Attachment Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder as well as PTSD in adults
