Life is hard sometimes and we all go through periods when we could use guidance, assistance in coping, a warm empathic listener and someone who can aid us in identifying and achieving our goals. I look for the strengths in every individual whether we meet solely for an evaluation or for short or long-term therapy. Together we look for ways to find peace in life.
I have been a licensed psychologist for over 30 years and my focus is to help my clients increase their ability to cope with life's issues. These may be chronic behavioral health conditions such as post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder or ADHD. I also assist people with more acute issues such as grief or burnout.
