Our Team
Everyone deserves to feel balanced and a safe space to let go. Nobody should ever feel alone or always have to be “the strong one”. I use an eclectic model- pieces of CBT, Expressive Arts, EMDR, and Somatic Practices customizing them to fit the person in front of me. I listen and decide which pieces may be of most help to you and your life. I specialize in creatives and neurodivergent humans. I go above and beyond to provide care for my clients free of judgement. Helping you figure out an accurate diagnosis, or walking with you layer by layer through your complex trauma, or exploring what it means to truly unmask are my jams.

Hello! I’m Ursula, supervised by Monica E. Williams LPCC 8952. As an associate therapist, I emphasize a therapeutic relationship to explore and heal deep-rooted issues like trauma, shame, and compulsions for self-harm. Recognizing that self-destructive behaviors provide only temporary relief, I work with clients motivated to address the underlying causes of pain and self-sabotage. I recognize loneliness has become an epidemic, I aim to support clients through those hard feelings of isolation by strengthening mind-body wholeness, self-esteem and self-worthiness, and mindfulness strategies.

I'm an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT 152438), supervised by Hessena Langhans (LPCC 12464), practicing at the Freestyle Supervision and EMDR Group. Our group is a space where the patient does not have to fit into a box to be understood. Our trauma-focused team is best equipped to help patients process complex trauma and break long-standing patterns, working from a strengths-based, neuro-affirming perspective, and drawing on modalities such as somatics, CBT, and expressive work tailored to each individual.
