Throughout life, we are faced with many decisions, which can be boiled down to acting in a way that moves us forward, and acting in a way that moves us backwards. To assist clients in bringing more meaning to their lives, I plan on building awareness of what matters, awareness of the decisions as they come up, and the strength to make the forward choice.
As a clinician, I believe every person has the potential for change and a right to a meaningful life. Emotions like sadness, anger, anxiety, all have their place in life, but it shouldn’t be the only part of life. By using an integrative, strengths and evidence-based approach, we can expand your world, and make space for what matters.
