We’re a group of real people who also happen to be really good therapists. We’re not going to stare at you blankly or ask, “And how does that make you feel?” on repeat. We actually care, we’re not afraid to be human in the room, and we know that healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and not judged.
Our diverse group of therapists specialize in life and identity transitions. This includes trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, EMDR, LQBTQIA+ and perinatal mental health. We also proudly support active duty service members, veterans, and their families with evidence-based treatments that reduce symptoms and improve well-being.
You don’t need to have a breakdown to see a therapist. You just need to be a human with feelings (so… all of us). If life’s been a lot lately, we get it. You can show up messy, awkward, tired, or unsure. We’ll meet you there with zero judgment and maybe even a laugh or two.

It’s time to learn the skills that will help you get relief from constant feelings of worry, fear, panic, shame, and anxiety. Join our in person anxiety workshop! Each week we focus on a different aspect of anxiety, helping you understand it and providing you with tools to get relief from it.
