I am able to provide both mental health and addictions counseling. Main modality of treatment is Cognitive Behavior Therapy. EMDR trained. I have been licensed addictions counselor for 5 years am working toward licensure for mental health and marriage and family therapy (PLCP). I assist clients with addiction, relationship issues, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Skilled at teaching coping skills and working on thinking errors.
I offer my clients the ability to cope with daily stressers and develop the skills they need to manage their lives. How to recognize that their thought patterns are influencing their behavior.
