Every client is different so this allows me to connect with individuals with different stories, issues and experiences. My ideal client is someone that is ready to start their healing process. This person is open, honest and ready to step into the unknown. I work with age groups adolescence to adults, individuals, couples and members of the LGBTQ community. Issues I work with include anxiety/stress, depression, self-esteem and relationships
My approach is solution-focused because I believe there is a solution to every problem and we will work together to figure it out. I work with clients of all ages to address issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, communication, relationships, decision making and impulse control.
To me, the most important part of the therapeutic process is building rapport. I do my best to make my client's feel as comfortable as possible as they prepare to share their stories with me.
