My goal is to help you get free of your emotional baggage. I am here to walk alongside you as you begin the journey to emotional freedom. My belief is that therapy is a collaboration process, in which both the therapist and the client must work together for long lasting results. If you are looking for a therapist who is NOT just going to sit back, take notes and nod, then FFBCS is for you. My goal is for you to feel understood but also challenge you. Therapy will give you the courage and confidence to implement the skills you've learned and implement positive change in your life.
I have worked with a variety of issues such as aging issues, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, adjustment, medical issues impacting mood, low self-esteem, fear, guilt & shame, bipolar & codependency. Cognitive behavioral Therapy is my preferred approach to therapy. However each client is different, so I also utilize others to meet my clients needs.

Additionally, I am a certified personal trainer who recognizes the impact of exercise on mental health, which I incorporate in my treatment with clients, as needed.
