Groups
Teen Anxiety Group Ages 15-17
This group runs for ten weeks and works on anxiety coping skills. Girls and boys (mostly girls). We follow CBT and DBT methods. We help teens question their thoughts or learn about emotions. We use a lot of art during the first hour which helps them express and tap into their emotions. Creative, popular group. 12 participants total but we break into two small groups for the second hour. Mondays at 5:15 re-starting May 18th, 2026.

Pre-Teen Anxiety Group Ages 11-3
This is an open group that meets every Thursday. We start with an art prompt and get dirty with paint, clay, Play-Doh even shaving cream. We also earn coping skills to help kids manage anxiety and life's stressors. Many of our members have social or school anxiety. They might also struggle with specific phobias. Our goal is to help give your children ways to manage their stressful thoughts as well as create memorable and fun art projects. Fishers location at 141st and SR37.
