I strive to work with my clients to have a sense of hope for the future. I believe in helping people reach their goals as quickly as possible so they can move on and be the best they can be.
I work with people with all types of issues, but mostly trauma, anxiety, addictions, family/relationship issues, and grief and loss. In providing services to my clients, I first complete a thorough assessment of the presented problem. I will then provide education and propose a plan of action to resolve that problem.
