Do you feel that your life is in crisis because of relational, marital, or career distress? Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed? To cope, do you use a variety of unhealthy addictive behaviors that only magnifies your distress? If any of this sounds familiar, I would like to help. It is my desire to support you through the crisis, identify healthy ways to cope, and experience peace. To do this, my goal is to create a safe environment to help you understand any underlying trauma or relationship issues that may be impacting your distress and support you to determine next steps to bring healing.
I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches formed by attachment theory, trauma informed treatment, EMDR, mindfulness, and couples counseling . I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, a Master Certified Addiction Professional, and a National Board Certified Counselor. I welcome clients from a variety of faiths.
