I specialize particularly in dealing with trauma, impulsive behavior, and relationship issues. Gaining skill in managing these and other issues that effect your ability to build positive and effective relationships with others. My goal is to aid you in building a life you want, even if you haven't figured out quite what that life is yet.
My approach is based on social psychology and identity development. Basically looking at who you are, by who you were as a child. A kid looking for friends and seeing a world of wonder. That kid has grown up, had a few knocks, and lost of little of the shine.
