I work with people who have been carrying a lot for a long time emotionally, mentally, or within their families, relationships, and identities. Many of my patients come from marginalized backgrounds and have struggled to find a therapist who understands their lived experience. Most patients come to me because they want to: Heal from trauma, feel grounded and more in control, strengthen their identity and confidence, build healthier relationships, break family or generational patterns and live authentically without shrinking or masking.
My work centers on helping people who have felt unseen, unheard, or misunderstood; especially those carrying the weight of trauma, identity-related stress, or complex life experiences. My specialties include Complex Trauma, Racial Identity, LGBTQ+ Identity & Sexuality, Emotional Overwhelm and Complex Mental Health.
