I integrate evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment theory to help you understand the roots of your pain and move toward lasting transformation. I also draw from trauma-informed care to support clients who have experienced abuse, religious control, or long-term shame.
