I prioritize person centered theraoy because I believe you are the expert of your story. I utlize Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to identify roots of your pain and move toward lasting transformation. I draw from trauma-informed care to support clients who have experienced abuse, religious control, or long-term shame.
