Our basic theory is that therapy can help a client deal with current issues -and works best when the client and therapist join together to work on these issues. I don't believe therapy should take a lifetime, but I hope to be your therapist, as needed, through out your life.
I specialize in helping work through “Relationship Issues" - through Counseling. My goal is to help the Couple decide what is best for them, & help them accomplish that.. . In Couples Counseling , the emphasis is on improving communication. Couples are given proven skills and techniques for the best solution to couples' communication issues.
My other area of specialization is dealing with issues related to various traumas - anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, acute traumatic stress, phobias, obsessions & compulsive disorders. In addition, I have worked for many years with the survivors of various forms of abuse - physical abuse, emotional abuse, and sexual abuse.
Our practice is a combination of Therapy and Coaching Services. We are focused on helping our clients resolve issues that interfere with enjoying life. Our goal is to help, not make the client dependent on therapy. Our Coaching Services are focused on teaching proven Skills and Techniques.
