People who come to me are often in crisis. They need someone who can listen deeper than words to bring greater understanding, clarity, and perspective. Fear or depression block pathways toward effective change. I bring years of training and practice, personal sensitivity and deep intuition. My goal is to help you release your own potential, unblock energy, so that you have greater awareness and can actualize that new awareness. I help individuals and couples in distress. I actively engage people to identify what is causing pain and help to communicate more effectively to reduce isolation, anger, anxiety, fear, depression, confusion. I work well with depression, anxiety, loss, and addiction. Good with moving insight forward into real and lasting change.
I assist those who are suffering. I taught and supervised at three Manhattan psychoanalytic institutes. I have clergy as clients, so am sensitive to spiritual issues. I work well with men & women who are reluctant to begin therapy or marriage counseling. Day, evenings, and weekends are available. I only see people in person who are vaccinated for Covid
