One of my primary goals as a therapist is to help you recognize how the problems you’re facing may be pulling you away from what matters most. You might find yourself withdrawing from the people you love, stuck in arguments that go nowhere (or escalate into anger), numbing out, overthinking, or repeating patterns you later regret. Over time, this can leave you feeling frustrated, exhausted, unfulfilled, or even hopeless. Together, we’ll slow that cycle down. Through acceptance and mindfulness, we’ll clarify your personal Values, and develop a meaningful direction forward—so your struggles no longer define your life.
I provide individual, couples, and family counseling for adolescents and adults, addressing substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, and grief and loss. Along with traditional cognitive-behavioral therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I offer EMDR to help process trauma, reduce PTSD symptoms, and change deeply rooted, self-defeating beliefs.
