I help men confront their shame and relationship challenges using a combination of depth-based practices and pragmatic, action-oriented skills. As partners in this process, while I bring the expertise in treatment, you bring the expertise of knowing yourself. I specialize in the gold standard treatment for ruminating thought patterns, anxiety, and impulse control challenges. Above all else, I strive to create an environment where you feel safe to be yourself, and empowered in your pursuits.
The wisdom you bring into the room is valued - including the parts of yourself that are difficult to fully grasp. I use evidence-based treatments (ACT/DBT/ERP) and exposure principles to help you act on your values rather than your emotions.
If I am not a fit, I'm happy to refer out to a number of trusted colleagues. I'm passionate about this work, helping others, and maintaining high standards. For medication management, I have a number of reliable psychiatrists I collaborate with. Let's get you the help you deserve.

I focus on symptoms rather than diagnosis to ensure i'm treating you as an individual. I'm a firm believer in evidence-based treatment - but those words ring hollow without warmth or connection. Mindfulness, acceptance, and change being at the root of the work.
