In an atmosphere of safety, trust and non-judgement, I will help you navigate those difficulties which foster anxiety, depression and confusion, recognizing the often, central role of trauma in such challenges. I will assist in the process of gaining insight, while making decisions which breed personal and professional success. I will help in cultivating and improving relationships.

For over 25 years I have worked with adult and adolescent individuals, couples and families in an engaging and supportive way. My clinical approach is eclectic, ranging from psychodynamic and psychoanalytically oriented, to cognitive, relational, inter-personal and insight focused, fitting your therapeutic needs, adaptable to what works best for you.

I have an extensive background working with people struggling with issues of intimacy and sexuality. I also work in the areas of infertility, trauma, grief, loss and bereavement, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Whether one's goals or expectations are clear or evolving, I will hear you in an open, honest, and present way.
