Hi, I’m Fray (like French fry), a bilingual (Spanish/English) therapist dedicated to helping others manage unexpected challenges in their lives. As a child, I watched my mother experience “ataque de nervios” (“attack of the nerves”) but she did not understand her experience. In witnessing these events, I knew from an early age that I wanted a career where I could better understand what she was going through and support others through similar challenges they may not fully understand.
Clients are the experts in their lives! I work well with clients who experience a wide range of symptoms, and work together to set goals, strengthen the therapeutic relationship, and create change.
