I am a psychotherapist with 41 years of experience. I am licensed in Maryland as an LCSW-C. Primarily, I provide a psychodynamic approach to therapy with an emphasis on short-term therapy. I have experience with CBT and Mindfulness techniques. I prefer working with adults who are experiencing mild depression or anxiety due to present stresses in life. I work with individuals.
I create a calm atmosphere with my clients with an aim of providing a sense of hope for clients. I work with clients to help them realize their strengths. Since I prefer short-term therapy, I help clients to set goals that are attainable in that time frame.
