Is your child or teen struggling emotionally, behaviorally, socially, or academically? Despite everything you tried to help, progress has fallen short and the situation may have even worsened? Through individualized, evidence-based assessment and treatment, we will create a plan for positive change that works for your family. If teachers, pediatricians, or other service providers are an essential component, I will do my best to establish a collaboration so we can find answers to your questions.
In treatment, the majority of my clients see significant improvements and feel confident in their ability to manage future concerns independently within 8 to 15 sessions through the use of an individualized, cognitive and/or behavioral approach to address concerns including anxiety, mood, oppositional and defiant behaviors, and parenting.
If you are interested in assessment, my extensive training has prepared me to find answers, whether you are concerned about a specific diagnosis such as ADHD, or about complex symptoms that may be a result of co-occurring diagnoses.
