I assist in fostering the tools necessary for such.
I used an integrative approach that focuses on meeting my clients' outcomes. I am well versed in many evidence-based therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), structural family therapy, and emotion-focused therapy (EFT) to work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with anger, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues.
