Sometimes, we can be aware that something isn't quite right in our lives but we don't always recognize how these things might truly be affecting us and our wellbeing. Being immersed in feelings of self-doubt, depression, anxiety, stress, or even grief can leave us feeling drained and unsure of where to go from here. Feeling lost is okay and it's normal for everyone sometimes. We here at Franklin County Counseling Center consider it a privilege to be there for you during those "sometimes."

We seek to help individuals better identify their emotions, find effective ways to cope with intense emotions/experiences, and how to improve confidence within themselves to utilize these skills on their own outside of therapy sessions. We do this through use of an eclectic style of therapy that includes PCT, CBT, DBT, and REBT.
We provide a safe, inclusive, confidential, and non-judgmental space for anyone who may be struggling. If you are at all interested in the idea of counseling, please reach out and we will help you in any way we can.
