Although my clinical training was in psychoanalytic therapy, I have developed an eclectic approach over the years that tailors treatment to the needs and desires of my patients. Some individuals seek change/personal improvement that comes with increased self-understanding, others prefer a more symptom-focused approach via cognitive-behavioral techniques.
I am an expert in clinical and educational assessment. I conduct evaluations for the Board of Education and for entry into Gifted and Talented programs. I evaluate and treat automobile and work accident patients, and other trauma victims. I am certified as an expert witness in all New York counties.
