I work with youth, adults, and couples and focus on mindfulness, anxiety, depression, relationships and yoga-based interventions. With youth, I use play therapy and mentoring techniques to build confidence, positive behavior and self-esteem. I draw on the Gottman Method with couples, an evidence-based approach that helps partners communicate better as they rebuild trust and closeness. I combine my background in fitness, yoga, and spirituality with mindfulness techniques to help clients improve their mood, grow, and heal.
